The Trinity River Authority (TRA) is seeking a comprehensive service agreement for HACH analytical instruments at the Central Regional Wastewater System (CRWS) in Dallas, Texas. - Government Buyer: - Trinity River Authority (TRA), Central Regional Wastewater System (CRWS) - OEMs and Vendors: - HACH (primary OEM for all analytical instruments) - Products/Services Requested: - Preventive maintenance for all HACH analytical instruments at manufacturer-recommended intervals - Routine maintenance visits as determined by TRA - Repairs, including labor and only genuine OEM-approved HACH parts - Commissioning, start-up, and operator training for HACH instruments - Calibration, performance verification, and reporting after each service visit - Supply of OEM-approved replacement parts, consumables, chemistries, and reagents for HACH instruments - Technical support and detailed documentation of all service activities - Notable Requirements: - All replacement parts, consumables, chemistries, and reagents must be genuine HACH (OEM-approved); third-party or non-approved parts are not allowed - Service provider must document all service activities and provide service reports - On-site or regional operator training and commissioning protocol documentation required - Certification of calibration and performance verification after each service - Bidders must submit pricing and required certifications/forms through the Procureware portal - Covered HACH instrument models include (but are not limited to): SC4500, LDO2, ANISE, Airblast, pH, SC200, ORP, AWRS, USB Box, DR3900, DR6000, DRB200, AT1000

Description

The Trinity River Authority is soliciting bids for a comprehensive analytical instrument service program. The program includes preventive maintenance, routine maintenance, repair (including parts), calibration, performance verification, training, chemistries and reagents (where applicable), technical support, and reporting for facility HACH instrumentation. All Central Regional Wastewater System (CRWS) instrumentation is included. The service is intended for use at the Central Regional Wastewater System (CRWS).
