Complete Electrical System Replacement at Fiery Gizzard State Park Visitor Center

• The Tennessee Department of Environment & Conservation, with support from Tennessee Facilities Management, is seeking bids for a complete removal and replacement of the electrical system at the Fiery Gizzard State Park Visitor Center in Monteagle, TN.

• All work must comply with NEC, IRC, NFPA, and state codes; all material substitutions require pre-approval.
• Contractors and subcontractors must have an active Tennessee Building Contractor license; payment bond required for bids over $100,000.
• The work must be performed on-site within a specified window (December 1 to January 7), with a one-time contract and warranty coverage for at least 12 months.

Description

This solicitation is for the replacement of the electrical system at Fiery Gizzard State Park Visitor Center.
