The Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) is issuing an Advanced Contract Award Notice (ACAN) to determine if other proponents can meet the requirements for supplying Airpointer Compact Air Monitoring Stations and associated equipment. The procurement supports ambient air monitoring to aid environmental compliance, investigation, emergency response, enforcement, and air quality assessment across Ontario. MECP believes there is only one supplier capable of providing the required goods in the Canadian market and intends to award a one-year contract to SCL Instrumentation Inc.
