Humble Independent School District (Humble ISD) is seeking proposals for electrical maintenance, repair, and installation services for Child Nutrition Services (CNS) equipment across its 49 campuses. - Government Buyer: - Humble Independent School District (Humble ISD), Harris County, Texas - Scope of Work: - Electrical maintenance, repair, and installation for commercial kitchen equipment in CNS facilities - Services include on-demand, project-based, and emergency response - Routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of new or relocated equipment - Products and Components Requested: - Electrical distribution and power components (e.g., wiring, fuses, circuit breakers, surge protectors) - Motors and motor control parts (e.g., fan motors, pumps, relays, VFDs) - Refrigeration electrical components (e.g., thermostats, control boards, defrost timers) - Heating components (e.g., heating elements, thermostats, power regulators) - Electronic controls and automation (e.g., PLC modules, touchscreen controls, communication modules) - Safety and interlock components (e.g., door switches, safety relays, emergency stop switches) - Water systems electrical components (e.g., solenoid valves, float switches, conductivity sensors) - Lighting components (e.g., LED drivers, ballasts, interior lights) - Notable Requirements: - Contractors must supply and install both OEM and non-OEM parts as needed - Pricing for non-OEM parts must be based on current MSRP at time of quotation - Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including asbestos notification and Texas Ethics Commission Form 1295 - Opportunity is open to all qualified electrical contractors; no specific OEMs or vendors named - District will establish a pool of approved vendors for ongoing CNS electrical needs

Humble Independent School District (Humble ISD) is soliciting proposals for electrical maintenance, repair, and installation services specifically for Child Nutrition Services (CNS) equipment. The scope includes on-demand, project-based, and emergency electrical services to support routine and preventative maintenance, repairs, installation of new or relocated commercial kitchen equipment, and troubleshooting electrical failures in all district kitchen facilities under the CNS division.
