Description
This Request for Proposals (RFP) solicits qualified and experienced firms to provide Disaster Debris Removal Services for St. Johns County. The services include debris clearance, collection, reduction, removal, hauling, and lawful disposal following declared disasters such as hurricanes, tropical storms, tornadoes, severe weather events, floods, wildfires, and man-made emergencies. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform the services. The County intends to award one primary contractor and one secondary/backup contractor.
