Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Freefly AstroTo procure a US-made drone platform, the Freefly Astro. In addition to the Astro we will be procuring the associated SL8-Air smart batteries and charger. This platform is intended to carry various spectral sensors for mapping and monitoring harmful algal bloom, and ice cover.
