The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), through MTA Construction and Development Company, seeks a consultant to provide project management, construction management, design compliance, commissioning oversight, and special inspection services for station component repairs and renewals. The consultant will manage design and construction at twenty subway stations and station renewal at two subway stations across Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, and Queens. The contract term is 56 months with an estimated funding range of $10 million to $50 million, fully capital funded. A virtual pre-bid meeting is scheduled, and vendors must be registered with SAM to participate.
