Hunter Roberts Prismatic Constructors, JV, a joint venture with offices in East Hanover, NJ, is seeking bids from qualified MWBE and SDVOB firms for the Mid-Hudson Forensic Psychiatric Center (MHFPC) Bid Package #3. The project involves installing a new sanitary pumping station connected to the MHFPC wastewater treatment system, water main piping, and connecting existing water storage tanks to a local municipal water main. The scope includes horizontal directional drilling for domestic water and sanitary sewer systems, installation of water meter vaults, booster pump stations, backflow preventors, and modifications to the existing water treatment building. The sanitary system scope includes a channel grinder, duplex pump station, meter vault, and underground force main piping. All subcontractors must agree to be bound by a Project Labor Agreement (PLA).
