Description

The West Virginia Adjutant General's Office is soliciting bids on behalf of the Construction and Facilities Management Office to establish a contract for the one-time purchase to provide all labor, materials, tools, supplies, and equipment for the renovation of the Wall Of Honor at Camp Dawson, in Kingwood, WV, per the attached specifications. All prospective vendors must have a REAL ID to access Camp Dawson in order to participate in the Pre-Bid. All work must be completed by August 21, 2026. Vendors must be registered with the WV State Purchasing Division and compliant with agencies such as the WVSOS, Tax Department, Worker's Compensation, and Unemployment Insurance to be awarded this contract.
