The South Carolina Department of Environmental Services is seeking quotes from certified laboratories to collect sixty Ethylene Oxide air samples using vendor supplied cleaned and certified VOC canisters over a one-year period from March 15, 2026 to March 14, 2027. The certified laboratory will analyze the VOC canisters by Air Toxics sample analysis using EPA method TO-15A as utilized for the National Air Toxics Trends Station (NATTS) ambient air toxics monitoring program. The services include monthly data validation, reporting, sample chain of custody, and shipping of cleaned and certified canisters to the specified site in Columbia, South Carolina.
