The City of North Augusta is soliciting sealed bids from qualified and experienced vendors to provide turnkey installation, operation, maintenance, and removal of a temporary ice skating rink for the City’s Winter Whirl event. The event will be held at the Sharon Jones Amphitheater, located at 1001 Center Street, North Augusta, South Carolina 29841. Bids are due by February 20, 2026, at 10:00 am.
