Description

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by the state of Utah in collaboration with the NASPO ValuePoint cooperative purchasing program to re-solicit the Walk-In Building Supplies portfolio expiring on 7/31/2027. The Master Agreement(s) will allow convenience purchases at retail locations with contract discounts provided at the time of purchase. This national cooperative contract is available for use by various Participating Entities including states, cities, counties, and municipalities. Multiple awards may be made to Offerors meeting the technical criteria threshold of 600 points. The contract term is 5 years with a guaranteed minimum percentage discount.
