This RFP seeks an electrical engineering consultant to support Vancouver Community College's Broadway Campus Voltage Conversion Project. The scope includes design, construction documentation, tendering support, cost analysis, electrical studies, and construction contract administration for one 25KV -12.5KV 4MVA Stepdown Transformer and associated switchgear. The transformer and associated equipment will be supplied by an electrical contractor engaged via Invitation to Bid at a later stage. The project must comply with BC Hydro's 25KV Voltage Conversion requirements by 2028.
