Description

The Department of National Defence requires three Geomatics Analysts – Level 2 to support the Mapping and Charting Establishment’s Engineering Section. The analysts will contribute to the development and sustainment of geomatics engineering capabilities, IT infrastructure, and production workflows. Tasks include creating, assessing, and manipulating aeronautical and geospatial data; developing and evaluating new datasets, applications, and production methods; generating digital aeronautical charts and specialized products meeting RCAF Operational Airworthiness requirements; and providing geomatics support to various Royal Canadian Air Force Project Management Offices. The contract duration is 36 months.
