The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is seeking a contractor to provide environmental regulatory records search services in support of hazardous materials investigations across the state. - Government Buyer: - Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) - Products/Services Requested: - Environmental regulatory records search services, including: - Point/Radius Reports or Linear Corridor Reports for the first one mile of a project (129 per term) - Linear Corridor Reports for additional miles beyond the first mile (305 per term) - Regulatory File Review (personnel labor, 60 per term) - Services must include comprehensive searches of federal, state, and local environmental records, GIS-plotted maps, executive summaries, site-specific data, and orphan site summaries - Quantities: - Each of the above services is required for the initial term and for up to three renewal terms, with identical quantities per term - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Strict adherence to ASTM E1527 and 40 CFR Part 312.26 standards - Reports must be delivered within three business days of request - Vendors must have at least five years of relevant experience within the past seven years - Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations - Performance monitoring and quality assurance are required - No specific OEMs or named vendors are identified in the solicitation
