Description

Fort Vancouver Regional Library is seeking proposals for a fully managed, leased lit fiber Ethernet Internet access service or equivalent to a new library facility currently under construction at 222 Durgan St, Washougal, WA 98671. The service will replace the existing Internet connection at the current Washougal Library location and support the transition to the new facility. The selected service provider may be required to perform all necessary engineering, permitting, construction, and installation activities, including any outside plant or infrastructure required to deliver service to the new location. The requested service includes symmetrical Ethernet Internet access over leased lit fiber, managed service with provider-owned electronics, installation, testing, turn-up, and compliance with all FCC E-Rate program rules and requirements. The applicant reserves the right to negotiate service activation dates to accommodate construction schedules and temporary overlap during the transition period.
