Description

This solicitation is for the loading, hauling, and disposing of hydrocarbon and salt impacted soils, with the disposal location to be determined by the contractor. Post disposal work includes placement of owner-supplied clay fill, earthworks grading, and the supply and installation of a storm water pumping station with associated appurtenances, including connection to power and system commissioning. The pumping station will connect to the City of Lloydminster storm sewer system via a 100m diameter HDPE forcemain, installed using open-trench or horizontal directional drilling, with the installation method determined by the contractor. The contract duration is 3 months starting from September 9, 2026.
