Description

The Ministry of Assisted Living and Social Services (ALSS), Employment Services Branch, is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to deliver Career Employment Information Services (CEIS) in the Edmonton Metropolitan Area. The services include Resource Centre, Workforce Development Services, and Employer Services aimed at supporting Indigenous Job Seekers (First Nations, Métis, and Inuit) facing employment barriers. The goal is to provide comprehensive, culturally responsive supports to help individuals prepare for, secure, and maintain employment. Proponents must demonstrate experience in culturally responsive programming and barrier-reduction strategies, with a focus on employer engagement and resource support.
