The State University of New York at Oneonta is seeking qualifications from design firms/teams for the design and construction administration for the Rehabilitation of the Wilsbach Hall Freight Elevator. The scope of work includes replacement of hydraulic systems, controls, car interior, hoist-way doors and equipment, elevator fixtures, asbestos abatement, and associated plumbing, fire alarm, telecom, mechanical, and electrical work.
