The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) seeks to improve service delivery by enhancing data accessibility, generating new data, and replacing outdated applications with integrated, user-friendly systems. The procurement involves establishing standardized HL7 protocols, deploying PSYCKES data onto a new interoperability platform, connecting PSYCKES with interoperability solutions, and implementing a FHIR API for clinical summaries. Specific clinical data sections will be converted to FHIR, including demographic info, flags, care coordination, medications, diagnoses, procedures, encounters, lab services, questionnaire responses, and summaries.
