E.W. Howell Co., LLC is seeking qualified subcontractors and suppliers for the renovation and adaptive reuse of the existing Yaphank Correctional Facility. The project supports correctional officer training, administrative functions, the Sheriff's Transition and Re-Entry (START) Program, and related departmental operations including dedicated spaces for the CIC, OMAP, and K-9 Unit. Work includes abatement, demolition, earthwork, asphalt, landscaping, fencing, concrete, masonry, structural steel, metals, woodwork, waterproofing, roofing, doors, glazing, carpentry, flooring, painting, signage, partitions, equipment, elevators, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, lighting, and low voltage. This is a UNION/PLA project with a total MWBE goal of 12%.
