Description
The Village of Lindenhurst is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide professional engineering, design, public engagement, and construction oversight services for the development and construction of a Village Greenway along Heling Boulevard and through the western commuter parking lot in the Village of Lindenhurst. The project is funded through the New York State NY Forward Program and must comply with all applicable NY Forward requirements, New York State laws and regulations, and other federal, state, and local requirements. The selected consultant will be responsible for planning, design, construction administration, public engagement, bidding assistance, and construction oversight from concept through completion. Preference may be given to firms with experience in municipal transportation, pedestrian, streetscape, greenway, trail, or similar public infrastructure projects, especially those funded through New York State programs.
