The Hugh L. Carey Battery Park City Authority (BPCA) is requesting proposals from Design Professionals to provide Urban Design Services. The scope includes synthesizing existing studies and neighborhood data, developing concept-level frameworks for public space and streetscape improvements, conducting community engagement, developing a phased implementation strategy with cost estimates, and preparing a final report with recommendations and next steps.
