Dynamic US, Inc., acting as agent for the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY), is seeking qualifications from firms for a forthcoming bid solicitation for the CUNY BMS Upgrade Project at Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC). The project involves installing and integrating a new Building Management System (BMS) in one campus building, including controllers, actuators, sensors, control devices, communication networks, and updated sequences of operation, while maintaining building operations throughout phased implementation. The scope includes complete project execution such as permits, labor, materials, demolition, coordination, commissioning, testing, owner training, and all required preconstruction planning, Methods of Procedure (MOPs), and safety/logistics documentation. Firms must submit a Statement of Qualifications and a New York State Vendor Responsibility Questionnaire (VRQ) and demonstrate relevant experience with at least three similar projects in the past eight years and five years of applicable experience.
