Description

The New York State Department of Health is seeking a vendor to develop and deliver a training on Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 Policies, Procedures, and Investigations. The training is tailored for staff employed by a state governmental health agency and must meet federal civil rights nondiscrimination requirements. The curriculum must cover an overview of Title VI, its applicability to the Department, compliance obligations, relevant laws and regulations, policies and procedures for investigations, and reporting requirements. The training will be delivered live virtually by November 30, 2026, recorded for asynchronous use, and include interactive, scenario-based content.
