Description

The New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) received an exemption from competitive advertising for CRER 1262 - NYC 2K. The NYS enacted budget allocated funds to a social services district within a city of 1,000,000 or more population to implement free child care for two-year-olds. New York City is the only social services district in NYS that meets this requirement and is therefore the sole awardee eligible for funding under this appropriation. The contract term is from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2031.
