Description

This project involves the renovation and repair of existing HVAC systems at the Neuberger Museum to improve temperature and humidity stability. The work includes installing a new chiller and a building-wide generator adjacent to the Visual Arts - South Building, along with routed utilities in the lawn and utilidor. Modifications will be made to the main distribution board within Visual Arts South to supply power to a new ATS and distribution panel for the new chiller and load center servicing the museum. The contract term is 365 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed, and work will be performed at SUNY Purchase with bids opened at SUCF Offices in Albany, NY.
