This opportunity seeks professional design and engineering services for the rehabilitation of the Village of Tivoli Sanitary Sewer Collection System in New York. - Government Buyer: - Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority (DCWWA) - Project Scope: - Comprehensive rehabilitation of the sanitary sewer collection system serving 396 customers - Focus on reducing inflow and infiltration (I/I), addressing root intrusion, surcharging manholes, and aging infrastructure - Includes open-trench replacement of 2,908 linear feet of sewer pipe (2,625 LF in road areas, 283 LF in easement areas) - Cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining of 1,662 LF of 8- to 10-inch diameter pipe - Two CIPP short liner repairs for isolated defects - Lining of 5 building laterals and removal of 28 protruding laterals - Chemical sealing of 113 vertical feet of leaking manholes, replacement of 9 manhole frames and covers, and installation of 48 manhole inserts - Pump station improvements: structural/architectural repairs, safety upgrades, new valve vault, electrical upgrades, generator, and site improvements - Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) replacement with a Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) system, including influent storage, headworks, biological treatment, clarification, tertiary treatment, disinfection, post aeration, and sludge processing - Services Requested: - Professional design services: construction documents, survey, permitting, bidding support, and design services during construction - Notable Requirements: - Project is partially funded by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) and administered by the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation (NYSEFC) - Compliance with all federal and state requirements - 20% Minority/Women-Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) participation requirement unless waived - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; the WWTP replacement specifies a preference for MBBR technology

The Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority (DCWWA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional design services for improvements to the Tivoli Wastewater Collection System in Tivoli, New York.
