The Bureau of Democracy Human Rights and Labor (DRL) solicits proposals up to $1,973,359 to enhance the capacity of the United States and partner countries with ARTs to detect and disrupt transshipment practices that evade U.S. laws prohibiting the importation of goods made with forced labor and other countries' forced labor import prohibitions. Eligible applicants include U.S.-based non-profits, institutions of higher education, for-profit organizations, and foreign-based non-profits.
