This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by Vancouver Community College to engage an electrical engineering consultant for the Broadway Campus Voltage Conversion Project. The scope includes design, construction documentation, tendering support, cost analysis, electrical studies, and construction contract administration services for a 25KV to 12.5KV 4MVA step-down transformer and associated switchgear. The transformer and equipment will be supplied by an electrical contractor selected through a separate Invitation to Bid.
