Description
The City of Surrey is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified heat pump manufacturers and suppliers to supply, install, test, and commission heat pumps with a total minimum of 4MWth heating output capacity at the West Village Energy Centre (WVEC). The project includes providing a minimum one-year maintenance contract. The objective is to partially decarbonize the facility by adding heat pumps that utilize ambient treated water from a sewage heat recovery system and integrate hot water into the existing district heating system.
