Description

Craven County, North Carolina, invites qualified firms to submit sealed proposals to provide comprehensive grant administration and construction management services for the Countys 2025 Community Development Block Grant 6 Neighborhood Revitalization (CDBG-NR) project. The project is funded by the North Carolina Department of Commerce, Rural Economic Development Division (REDD), using U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) CDBG funds. The selected firm will assist the County with implementation of the CDBG-NR project in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local requirements, including HUD CDBG regulations, 2 CFR Part 200, civil rights requirements and labor standards, REDD program policies, and County General Provisions. Proposals must be received by August 14, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
