The Mass Cyber Center at Mass Tech Collaborative is issuing this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the Cyber Resilient Massachusetts Grant Program. The program solicits responses from municipalities, small businesses, and non-profits interested in receiving grants to fund Security Operations Center (SOC) services, including Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and other related services. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until the NOFO is closed. This solicitation updates previous NOFOs 2024-Cyber-01 and 2025-Cyber-01.
