The building is a 105,669 square foot, 3-story structure housing general student services, advising, classrooms, culinary training, student lounge with food services, and other ancillary spaces. Renovations may also occur in other buildings as funding allows. The scope includes mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural infrastructure upgrades, as well as upgrades to interior and exterior finishes and the building envelope.
