Description

The Town of Chapel Hill is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified contractors to provide emergency disaster recovery services. These services include clean-up, demolition, removal, reduction, and disposal of debris resulting from a natural or manmade disaster as directed by the Town. The contract will be funded with federal funds and requires compliance with all applicable federal laws, FEMA requirements, state laws, and local ordinances. Proposals must be submitted by August 25, 2026, and electronic bids are not permitted.
