Description

The Town of Chapel Hill is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide disaster management, recovery, and consulting services for the Town in the event of a natural or manmade disaster. The contract will be funded with federal funding and requires compliance with all applicable federal laws, regulations, executive orders, FEMA requirements, and the terms and conditions of the funding award. Proposals must be submitted via email by August 26, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to accept the proposal most favorable to the Town.
