Description
The Ministry of Assisted Living and Social Services (ALSS), Employment Services Branch, is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide a combination of Career Employment Information Services (CEIS) in the Edmonton Metropolitan Area. The services target Indigenous Job Seekers facing multiple and complex barriers to employment, offering client-centred supports to prepare for, secure, and sustain meaningful employment. The successful proponent must demonstrate experience in culturally responsive programming and deliver a holistic approach including barrier-reduction strategies, employer engagement, and resource centre supports. The contract will be awarded to one organization to deliver these services from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2030.
