The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) proposes to grant a lease to Anchorage Logistics RE, LLC for approximately 82,715 square feet at Block 5, Lot 28A. The lease term is 50 years, starting October 1, 2026, and ending September 30, 2076, with an annual rent of $14,888.70.
