Description
Riverside Transit Agency (RTA) is seeking proposals from experienced contractors to provide third party administrative services for liability and vehicle physical damage claims. The contract is expected to be a firm-fixed price agreement with a three-year base term and two one-year option terms. The scope includes claims processing, investigation, reporting, litigation management, settlement, and subrogation activities as detailed in Exhibit A, Scope of Work. Interviews may be held on September 14, 2026, and proposals are due by August 27, 2026.
