The system will support regulated diagnostic qPCR workflows with secure data handling, auditability, and standardized analysis, enabling high-quality, compliant clinical testing. The award will be all or none, and only brand-new products will be considered; alternative products will not be accepted. The vendor must accept a purchase order as the method of payment.
