The Water Security Agency (WSA) is seeking to procure a consistent, high-quality lidar dataset to capture bare earth elevations for the specified Area of Interest (AOI). WSA is a Treasury Board Crown corporation responsible for water management in Saskatchewan, including water supply management, water quality protection, and flood and drought damage reduction. The procurement involves the acquisition of airborne lidar data, collection of ground survey data, and processing, classification, and delivery of all lidar products to WSA.
