Description
The Regional Transportation District (RTD) is seeking a contractor to provide exterior power washing services at Denver Union Station and Civic Center Plaza. The scope includes monthly, weekly, and semi-annual cleaning of exterior walls, concourse, bus lanes, and surrounding sidewalks using truck-mounted hot water pressure washing equipment. The contract period is one year with the possibility of four one-year extensions.
