This opportunity is for professional engineering consulting services to update and develop a federally-funded Master Drainage Plan for the City of Pearland and Brazoria Drainage District No. 4. - Government Buyer: - City of Pearland, Engineering and Public Works Department, Capital Projects Division - In partnership with Brazoria Drainage District No. 4 - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or product vendors are named or required - Open to qualified engineering consulting firms with relevant experience - Products/Services Requested: - Comprehensive professional engineering consulting services for Master Drainage Plan development and update - Scope includes: - Hydraulic and hydrologic modeling (including HEC-RAS) - Flood reduction alternatives analysis - Public involvement and stakeholder engagement - Interagency coordination - Project management, data collection, and implementation planning - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Firms must demonstrate experience with federally and state-funded projects - Experience in drainage hydraulics and modeling is required - Compliance with Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Minority/Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) goals - No specific products, part numbers, or OEMs are mandated - Adherence to federal funding guidelines and submission of required certifications (conflict of interest, non-collusion, insurance, litigation history) - All questions must be submitted electronically through the City's E-bid system - No pre-proposal meeting will be held
