Description
The County of Sacramento Department of Airports is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of Taxiways A, A3, and A13 at Sacramento International Airport. The selected Construction Manager will collaborate with the Department's Project Manager and Consultant Designer to provide input on schedule, phasing, constructability, cost estimates, value engineering, and plan review during the design process. The contract will include preconstruction services and a construction phase with guaranteed maximum prices (GMPs). The Department may terminate the contract if GMPs are not accepted after preconstruction phase.
