The South Dakota Department of Health (DOH) is seeking a partner agency to provide two qualified individuals to support the statewide Rural Health Transformation Project. The individuals will support financial and administrative functions of a multi-year grant full-time, including contract management, subrecipient monitoring, program operations, project management, strategic oversight, data evaluation, and report collection.
