The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) and the Department of Probation (Probation) are issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals for a contract with an organization that can provide Individualized Transition Skills Program (ITSP) Services for Transition Age Youth (TAY) ages 16 through 20. The services are aimed at supporting youth in Los Angeles County to develop transition skills.
