Description
The City of Hampton is seeking proposals from qualified offerors to bring new placemaking projects and events to the city or to significantly augment existing placemaking events and projects held in the city. The awarded offeror is responsible for planning and producing the event or project described in its proposal. Proposals may include a one-time event/project or a limited-run seasonal series under one cohesive theme. The City may select one or more recipients for different amounts of award funding, with a total allotment of $45,000 to be split among winning proposals. Events or projects should occur within Fiscal Year 2027 and may be held at city-owned or privately owned venues within the City of Hampton, provided public access requirements are met.
