Description

The City of Laredo is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms for professional Landscape Architect Consultant Services. These services will support outdoor areas, existing facilities, parks, plazas, streets/boulevards, other amenities, and proposed construction projects on an on-call rotation basis. The contract term is two years with an option to renew for an additional two years, totaling four years from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2030. The selected consultants will prepare design plans, specifications, reports, and estimates as needed.
