The Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS), in collaboration with the Department of Social Services (DSS), is seeking a provider to deliver nursing home level of care for individuals in state care who are challenging to place. The contract will provide 45 beds for individuals meeting the Preadmission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) requirements.
