Description
This rule confirms the effective date for a Direct Final Rule (DFR) published by the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) under the Department of Transportation. The DFR amends regulations at 49 CFR part 192 to incorporate by reference the updated industry standard ASTM F1973, which specifies standards for factory assembled anodeless risers and transition fittings in polyethylene and polyamide fuel gas distribution systems.
